Step One

Intial conference project introduction meeting

First lets meet online, in person or over the phone. We'll start by discussing your ideas and the land you have to build on. We will also go over design fees and process.

Step Two

First sketch of floor plans

Working from scratch or your ideas, we will produce a basic floor plan with room sizes, bathroom layouts as well as garages and porches for approval.

Step Three

Second sketch of floor plans and first sketch of elevations

Together we continue the process of fine-tuning the floor plans to make sure your happy with the layout before moving forward to outside appearances of the home. This may involve several meetings and design views during this phase

Step Four

3D walkthrough / finished sketch

Here we will start to look at roof lines and elevations. We'll talk about the veneer-overall look and feel of the home's exterior striving for the best curb appeal possible. This also entails a 3D walk-through model of both interior and exterior views of the home

Step Five

Final meeting/ construction drawings meeting

The final meeting is to nail down any loose ends and last minute design changes before final construction drawings are made. We will also view the 3D model walk-through once again.
