Gregory is a Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD) and a professional member of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD). A native to North Augusta, South Carolina, Gregory has designed thousands of homes working closely with clients to create homes that are visually inspiring, functional and tailored to the way families live. He treats all his designs as if it were his own, living in a custom home of his own design with his wife, Sara, and their two sons, Chase and Carter. As a proud veteran, he served in the Marines which influenced his professional approach to discipline, commitment, and attention to detail when designing. After his service, he continued his professional growth by earning a degree in Architectural Design and Drafting CAD Technology in Arizona.
For over 20 years, he designs and produces professional residential construction drawings throughout the Augusta, Georgia and Aiken, South Carolina region. His work extends across the Southeast, including projects in Charleston, Columbia, Charlotte, Atlanta, and surrounding communities. Gregory believes exceptional home design comes from understanding every aspect of the building process. His collaborative approach enables him to bridge the gap between homeowners, builders, and engineers, ensuring every project begins with a strong foundation and ends with a design beyond your expectations.
With a passion for thoughtful and beautiful design, Katie is dedicated to helping clients create their dream home. She earned her Masters of Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology following a Bachelor of Architecture from Clemson University. You can still find her cheering on the Tigers & Yellow Jackets come football season. In 2021, Katie and her husband relocated to Augusta where she worked for a short but insightful time as a real estate agent. That experience provided a unique perspective on the wants and needs of a vast range of clientele.
