These plans are copy written by federal law and held under Designer House Plans It is illegal to make copies of our house plans for the purposes of derivative drawings. Its is also illegal to resell or reuse our drawings for the construction of multiple homes. The purchase of construction drawings from Designer House Plans grants the purchaser the right to construct a single dwelling or unit. The purchase of a CAD file with a set of home plans grants a person an unlimited license to reproduce or reuse. Intellectual properties laws are being strictly enforced, please be aware of the fact that violating federal copyright laws whether knowingly or unknowingly may result in litigation causing the loss of profit and or heavy fines. Please contact Designer House Plans to obtain additional copies of a purchased house plan. Do not have them reprinted yourself. Ignorance of the law is not a valid defense.
